We made this shop because we wanted something we could feel good about — and that includes what happens after you order.

Every shirt is made to order, just for you. If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll fix it. No runaround.

We'll make it right if:

• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

Just email us at support@elizamakesshirts.com within 30 days of your order with your order number and a photo if you have one. We'll take it from there.

Because each shirt is custom made for you, we're unable to accept returns for size exchanges or change-of-mind orders — so if you're unsure about sizing, reach out before you order and we'll help.
